This will be used for communication and updates on the competition day so please make sure this contact will be present and available for this crew at the event.
Crew Dancers
Please list ALL competing dancers along with their DOB below and printed as follows:

Crew Members First Name & Last Name - DATE/MONTH/YEAR
Second Crew Members First Name & Last Name - DATE/MONTH/YEAR
Registration Fees:

Please add to cart one per dancer.

Crew fees are as follows: 

$45.00 per dancer or $25 per dancer registering here for an additional crew.

For all dancers competing in more than one crew they will pay $45 per dancer + $25 for each additional crew.

Example: 1 x small crew + 1 x mega crew = $70 registration fee
